PeoplAI exists because most AI advice aimed at HR and People teams comes from those who’ve never actually implemented AI inside a real organisation.
We've led People teams inside large, regulated New Zealand businesses, and spent hands-on time building and shipping enterprise AI from within those organisations, navigating the governance, risk, and change management that comes with doing this for real, not in theory.
That experience includes speaking on AI at conferences and forums, running AI labs, winning awards for AI transformation and earning industry recognised credentials.
